 Our Shelter

For those who need a safe place to call home.

In 1995 the City of Unalaska donated a modular building, and, after renovations were completed, the shelter opened in 1996. Our shelter is small, but cozy and welcoming.  We can easily house four women and children, and can accommodate up to 6 if needed. The shelter is a secure place that provides a safe space for survivors to determine what steps they want to take.
